Does XPOS work offline?
Desktop terminals support offline sales workflows. The browser terminal requires an internet connection for catalogue and checkout; offline sales are disabled on web.
What do I need to get started?
Create a Xogit account and business entity, then give each operator an appropriate role in the business class or branch. XPOS includes a setup guide.
Can I use a receipt printer?
The browser supports PDF receipt printing. Desktop terminals support the installed system printer and optional configured ESC/POS hardware. Hardware compatibility depends on your setup.
Are all payment methods available?
Payment availability depends on the business setup, provider and environment. Check your configuration before relying on gateway payments.
